Dr. Anitha Makam qualified as a GP in the UK 8 years ago. She completed her training in various Medical, Obstetric and Surgical specialities including General Practice.
Dr. Makam has a keen interest in Women’s Health, Chronic Disease Management, Mental Health and Paediatrics. She also provides Mirena and Implanon insertion.
Her qualifications include FAEG MRCGP DRCOG & DFSRH
She has a 7 year old child and her husband is a GP. She enjoys travelling and cooking.
Dr Andrew Haynes MBBS (QLD) FRACGP has lived and practiced in Mudgeeraba since 1989. He has considerable experience in all areas relating to General Practice. He is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Dr Haynes is also a past President and Vice President of the Gold Coast Division of General Practice over a period of years between August 1996 —September 2002.
Dr Andrew Haynes also visits several Nursing Homes on a regular weekly basis and has done this for the last 24 years he has been practising in Mudgeeraba.
